Nope! Sand In My Boots is open to people of all ages! However, when purchasing a Hotel Package, all persons must be 21+ (or 25+ at The Hideaway) to check into the hotel. People under those ages may still occupy a room; however, the person whose name is booked on the reservation must be of the age required to check in and must present valid photo identification. Please check your specific hotel’s age policy before purchasing to ensure you meet the requirements.
Yes! All Vacation Packages come with either GA, Party Pit, VIP, Super VIP, or Livin' The Dream 3-day Passes. You will get the perks that come along with the same pass type PLUS all the perks you will receive with your Hotel Package.
All properties, with the exception of The Hideaway, will have a check-in date of Friday, May 16, 2025.
If you purchased a package at the Hideaway or purchased a Thursday check-in, you will have check-in date of Thursday, May 15, 2025.
All packages check-out on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online.
Yes! Once you get to the final check-out page for your selected package, there will be an option for a payment plan if you purchase before 02/10/2025. Pay a 50% deposit and a $10 initial fee at time of checkout, plus one subsequent payment due the following month of your purchase!
Please note, you must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total. Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
Defaulted payment plan orders will be charged a restocking fee of $50 per admission pass and your order will not be available for pickup unless it has been paid in full.
All passes will be shipped. You can view your passes in your AXS FanAccount HERE.
If you already have an AXS FanAccount under the email associated with your purchase here on Easol, your passes will appear in that account.
If you do not have a pre-existing AXS FanAccount, one will automatically be generated for you. To access your account, select 'Forgot Password' HERE.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Passes will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations starting in April 2025. This option is available for U.S. states and territorial mailing addresses only. Your shipping address will be collected at checkout, but you can change it in your AXS FanAccount after completing your purchase. The last day to update your shipping address is March 20, 2025. Shipping times will vary based on your order date and location.
International Shipping
Passes will be shipped internationally via UPS starting in April 2025. This is for non-U.S. mailing addresses only. Your shipping address will be collected at checkout, but you can change it in your AXS FanAccount after completing your purchase. The last day to update your shipping address is March 20, 2025. Shipping times will vary based on your order date and location.
Parking is provided at all hotels with purchase of Hotel Package!
It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this Hotel Package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
To add additional nights to your Hotel Package, you will need to book those nights directly with the hotel. Please note, the front desk will most likely not have your Hotel Package reservation information yet.
Once you’ve booked the additional night(s), please reach out to our Guest Services team at music@onlocationexp.com with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.
Room upgrades are not available. If you would like to upgrade your room type, we suggest that you contact the hotel directly to confirm availability and upgrade pricing.
Guests are responsible for confirming all details and paying the hotel directly for all associated upgrade charges. Please note: your name will not be in the hotel’s reservation system until much closer to the event, so you will need to wait until then to request an upgrade.
In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at music@onlocationexp.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date.
This authorization will allow a friend or family member to check into the room on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the festival. The festival wristbands and shuttle passes will be mailed to the original purchaser who must provide them to the new guest.
The onsite host is basically an extension of our Guest Services team at the event itself. He/she will be available for any questions or concerns that may arise during check-in.

Yes! You will be able to access any area of the festival that General Admission guests are permitted to access.
No. Sand in my Boots and On Location’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and Sand in my Boots Festival. Please see our purchase policy for more details.
